How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated based on weight, the shop that you order from and the destination address to which you would like your order shipped. The best rate is calculated and presented to you during the checkout process.

How do I send items to multiple addresses?
All items in an order are packaged together and shipped to an address. If you want to send items to different addresses, you will need to place a different order for each address you wish to ship to. You will have the opportunity to enter additional shipping addresses at the checkout, or via your “My Account” section of the website. A separate shipping and handling charge is applied for each shipment to a different address.

How will my order be packaged?
In keeping with our values to respect the environment, we minimise packaging and reuse boxes and packing materials. When we have to use new boxes and mailing envelopes, they are made out of recycled and/or recyclable material.

How is my order sent?
All orders are dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your payment from our Australian Head office. For addresses within Australia, we use Australia Post.  For addresses outside Australia, orders are sent by Air Mail and can take upto 7 days to arrive.  If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us at sales@chiball.com.  

Will I be charged customs duties on importation?
Outside Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; ChiBall World Pty Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local Customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from chiball.com, you are considered the importer, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, Customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order’s contents by product type.
