This month the ChiBall Team exhibited at the Body Mind Psychic Expo at the Adelaide Showgrounds. This was an interesting event to say the least!  Alongside the more mainstream healthcare and insurance companies were alternative therapy practitioners, as well as the more unconventional psychic and energy healers.

This was a great opportunity for people to learn about the wide range of complementary approaches to health and wellbeing, and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with many of the 10,000 mainstream and alternative thinkers who came by our stand to learn more about the ChiBall Method™ and how it helps to restore balance and wellbeing in our lives.

We recently marked 2009 Earth Day here at ChiBall’s Head Office with our own recycle, re-use and refurbish themes.  Until now all of our filming productions have been primarily released and distributed on DVD, with the exception being the short instructional video, “What is the ChiBall Method?”, which is available online.

To continue to reduce our environmental footprint, we will be increasing the videos and materials made available online, hence reducing unnecessary usage and waste of raw materials.

There is much speculation that the economic downturn may well last another year or two into 2011 or beyond.

The good news for ChiBall, as part of the mind-body industry, is that the “R”-word has been associated with the phrase "recession-resistant".

The rationale, common wisdom argues, is that exercising for one’s health has become such an important part of people’s lives that it will be one of the last things they give up when the economy weakens.  And even if people struggle to make ends meet, they know that maintaining their health and wellbeing is essential to being able to take advantage of opportunities when the world economic situation improves.
