Custom Posters for ChiBall Teachers
To further support our community of ChiBall teachers, we've created new functionality to create your own professionally designed custom posters to promote your classes!
Through the online Teachers' Community area, teachers can fill out a form with their details of Who, When, Where and Contact information, and then immediately download a full-colour hi-resolution PDF -- including their custom information -- that can be printed in A3 or A4 format.
We are working towards having this information directly update the upcoming online directory of teachers and their classes on offer. We are opening this functionality to beta-testing, please contact us if you would like to participate!
ChiBall sponsors Australian Heart Foundation Event
The ChiBall Method™ is proud to be a sponsor of the Australian Heart Foundation's Go Red for Women event.
Heart disease is the number one killer of Australian women, and wearing red on Friday June 12th is a great way to show your support and encourage people to learn more about how to take good care of their heart.
Wear your best red outfit or accessory, tell all your friends, and even the guys can wear a splash of red on this national awareness day!
The ChiBall Method™ is an ideal way for people of all ages to improve their cardiovascular health through gentle exercise and calming relaxing practises. As such, we've contributed 500 ChiBalls to the event and BayChi Changes (Melbourne) has contributed 500 free ChiBall classes to encourage people to take a step towards a healthier heart!

ChiBall Teacher Story: Rebekah Smith
My ChiBall Journey started when I was a university student, paying my way through my studies by teaching Group Fitness classes. I met ChiBall Master Trainer Lynley Gladdis through a health club where we both (still) work, and started participating in her Pilates and ChiBall classes.

When I finished my Bachelor of Science and decided to pursue a Masters degree in Physiotherapy, Lynley's encouragement and guidance helped me develop a deeper appreciation of movement and exercise instruction than I ever would gave gained from my university studies alone.
