The ChiBall Method™ is a potent combination of ancient Eastern and Western exercises that will bring your mind into focus and your body into shape.

We’re happy to announce that we’ve now posted the 2009/2010 World Training Dates for the ChiBall Level 1 Teacher Trainings.

We’ll be kicking off in Europe starting October/November 2009 with three Practical Intensive (PI) Trainings in Sweden, Portugal and the UK; and will be following up with another round of three PI’s in March 2010, followed by a 4th training in the UK in June.

In the United States, we are planning to conduct trainings on both east and west coast, in New York and California, with two trainings in each area starting in 2010 – watch this space for dates!.

All the while, we’ll have trainings running approximately every six months in each of the major cities in Australia.

We recently marked 2009 Earth Day here at ChiBall's Head Office with our own recycle, re-use and refurbish themes. Until now all of our filming productions have been primarily released and distributed on DVD, with the exception being the short instructional video “What is the ChiBall Method?”, which is available online.

To continue to reduce our environmental footprint, we will be increasing the videos and materials made available online, hence reducing unnecessary usage and waste of raw materials.
