ChiBall sponsors Australian Heart Foundation Event

Go Red for Women Event

The ChiBall Method is proud to sponsor the Australian Heart Foundation's Go Red for Women event.

Heart disease is the number one killer of Australian women, and wearing red on Friday June 12th is a great way to show your support and encourage people to learn more about how to take good care of their heart.

Wear your best red outfit or accessory, tell all your friends, and even the guys can wear a splash of red on this national awareness day!

Hosted by the editor of Women's Health magazine, Felicity Percival, and featuring a panel of inspirational and informative presentations, the event is an excellent opportunity to raise awareness about women’s health issues - all while raising funds for a vitally important cause and helping women to become more informed about preventing heart disease.

ChiBall Be Kind to your HeartThe work of the Australian Heart Foundation is highly aligned with our vision of health and movement. Doctors & physicians recommend moderate low-impact exercise for treating CAD (coronary artery disease) as well as for maintaining a healthy heart.  The ChiBall Method™ is an ideal way for people of all ages to improve their cardiovascular health through gentle, but profound, exercises and calming relaxing practises.

We heard about this event through our long time ChiBall teacher, Rebecca Quinn, who then worked with us to help sponsor this wonderful cause.

To support the work of the Australia Heart Foundation, we have contributed 500 ChiBalls to the event and BayChi Changes (Rebecca's business) has contributed 500 free class vouchers for those wishing to come and try The ChiBall Method™.
