Sue Woodd has been working in the field of Complementary Medicine for the past 25 years, founding her own school in 1991. In the late 90's she set up an India retreat, to give people a real insight into one of the oldest civilizations in the world.
She now trains teachers and is affiliated with Yoga Alliance, presenting for the Yoga Show Olympia for the last 4 years. Sue is also a registered teacher with the Shiatsu Society, a graduate of the College of Cranial Sacral Therapy and a Grade A instructor with T'ai Chi Union of Great Britain, teaching Qigong internationally.
As a Master Trainer, she trains fitness instructors and lectures for leading health farms and fitness companies worldwide and continues to raise public awareness through her books, DVD's, and radio and television appearances. She has recently published a book on Seasonal Living with co-author Julie Hanson.
Emma has worked in the health and fitness industry since 1997 and she has a wealth of experience in various fields. These include Group Exercise, Personal Training, Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Nutrition and Weight Management, Yoga, Pilates, Stress Management and Mental Health. She also presents at mind body conventions and retreats.
Emma is passionate about promoting health and wellness from both a physical and mental/ emotional perspective.
Emma trained with ChiBall in 2001. She loves the way in which the exercise disciplines are blended with the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to bring about health, balance and wellbeing. She has found this knowledge to be an invaluable asset to both herself and her clients. Emma continues to be actively involved with ChiBall as a teacher, master trainer and presenter.
Lizzie trained as a dancer from a young age with professional dance schools within the UK and commenced a career in professional dance, with various contracts abroad and within the UK in the early nineties. She lives in the UK and over the last ten years has been working within the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Co-ordinator and also as a Tutor and Assessor of Pilates within the fitness industry.
Lizzie’s personal experience of ChiBall began over seven years ago through her journey of teaching Pilates. She became intrigued by the concepts of moulding so many beautiful exercise elements together that she trained as a ChiBall Teacher in June 2004. She has been practising ChiBall since then and has found it to be a huge benefit to both herself and to her clients.

Lynley is a dynamic teacher, educator and remedial therapist who has been working in the fitness industry for 17 years with a strong focus on mind-body fitness. She is a graduate of the Victorian College of The Arts and holds a Bachelor of Education, Dip. Remedial Massage, Dip. Arts Dance, and Reg Fitness Leader qualifications.
Lynley is the Master Trainer for the ChiBall Method™ in Australia and New Zealand. She is a popular and inspiring national and international presenter having presented at both national and international conventions for the past 14 years.

Judy is a highly experienced fitness professional specialising in Pilates and teaching Older Adults. A RFL and Older Adults Trainer, Judy also holds a B.Ed and qualifications in Remedial Pilates, Pilates Matwork, Flow Yoga and numerous certifications in programmes designed for older adults.
Judy is a Master Trainer for the ChiBall Method and has been integral in the design of ChiBall Gentle Moves.
Bek Smith officially began her study of human behaviour and health with a science degree and a certificate in fitness, before adopting physiotherapy as a career.
She continues to work in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor and trainer in The ChiBall Method, while managing a patient caseload and role as Clinical Services Coordinator for the Back In Motion Health Group.
Bek is highly driven to practice what she preaches, so that she may maintain balance in her life while helping others do the same in theirs.
Originally trained for group fitness in the UK during the 80's, Rebecca rediscovered the fitness industry through ChiBall in 2003. Having trained and qualified in many areas of fitness, Rebecca takes a gentle approach to exercise, focusing on the internal health of individuals to bring about an overall improvement in their wellbeing.
She has been described as a gifted and inspirational teacher by her clients and peers and her interest in natural healing began as a child: an interest she continues to research and explore through her study of traditional Chinese medicine. Rebecca is also a qualified Feng Shui practitioner and recently presented 'Feng Shui Fit' for the Music and Motion Studio.
Her qualifications include: Cert III & IV in fitness, Classical ChiBall, Dance of the Dragon, Pilates, Feng Shui practitioner, Cert IV in workplace training and assessment.
Karen started her journey as a fitness professional as an aqua fitness instructor. Since then, she has gone on to study and teach Pilates, rehabilitation fitness classes and Chi Ball. Karen is also a master trainer for the YMCA, and has written training manuals and overseen the criteria required for Cert3 aqua trainer for YMCA. Karen has presented at several fitness conferences and has held training sessions in Perth, and also remote centres throughout W.A.
Karen has been teaching Chi Ball in Perth for over 5 years, and presents classes to all areas of the community, including seniors, and special needs groups. Her special interests within the Chi Ball philosophy include food energetics and Pilates. Karen is passionate about TCM, and is constantly studying and updating her knowledge.
Sweden
Anette started her lifelong passion of movement and exercise at a very young age learning dance and gymnastics. In 1990 Anette began teaching gynmastics and dance to children and teenagers and then fell in love with aerobics and taught Step and other aerobic programme to older adults.
In 2000, Anette trained with Bodymindconcepts and began her passion for holsitic exercise and ChiBall. Anette is also a RGRM therapist (Rhythm and Music Method) which is a mutlisensory training for mind and body used in rehabialitation and schools.
Anette is a registered (legal) Occupational Therapist and is skilled in assessing and treating the special needs of patients. Anette helps patients get back into daily life at home, work or school after an accident or an injury and believes that holistic therapies can work in any environment.
Finland
Suvi has loved exercising and moving all her life. Her interest in Aerobics led to a career as a group fitness Instructor in starting in 2000.Shortly after this she began exploring the ancient disciplines andstarted taking an interest in the Body & Mind fields. In 2006 she completedher ChiBall training which was followed by a Pilates Certification theyear after. To additionally strengthen her skills and knowledge she alsocompleted a Physiotherapy training in 2010. As the training wasfinalized she launched her own Wellness and Balance studio. After years of cooperation with Tina Hedrén in Sweden she took over the role of ChiBall Master Trainer and distributor for Finland in 2010. 2012 - Suvi is also a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance
