Tina Hedrén (Sweden)

Tina started her lifelong passion of movement and exercise at age 12, training and competing in gymnastics for 11 years. She then studied ballet and dance at the Stockholm Ballet Academy, which sparked her interest in teaching people to move. She then also fell in love with aerobics and successfully competed in Sport Aerobics, and opened studios to teach.
She has worked very closely with the Swedish Gymnastic Federation for more than 15 years, as an educator, national coach, teaching group fitness, and serving on a variety of committees.
Tina is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a certified Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement practitioner. She has presented at numerous conferences around the world, and has 10 years experience organizing & offering trainings, workshops and retreats.

Sandie Keane (United Kingdom)

Sandie has a background in Classical Dance and has been involved in the fitness industry since 1990. After qualifying in 1999 in Canada at the Original STOTT PILATES centre she has been actively involved in the development of Pilates training courses worldwide and has written two books on the subject.
Sandie has a unique style when teaching Pilates as she combines her qualified interest of Oriental Philosophy, making her approach more ‘Seasonal’. Sandie is also director of therapiauk ltd, a clinically run practice where she treats clients with various medical conditions using Oriental Therapies along with Pilates prescription.

Sue Woodd (United Kingdom)

Sue Woodd has been working in the field of Complementary Medicine for the past 25 years, founding her own school in 1991. In the late 90’s she set up an India retreat, to give people a real insight into one of the oldest civilizations in the world.
She now trains teachers and is affiliated with Yoga Alliance, presenting for the Yoga Show Olympia for the last 4 years. Sue is also a registered teacher with the Shiatsu Society, a graduate of the College of Cranial Sacral Therapy and a Grade A instructor with T’ai Chi Union of Great Britain, teaching Qigong internationally.
As a Master Trainer, she trains fitness instructors and lectures for leading health farms and fitness companies worldwide and continues to raise public awareness through her books, DVD’s, and radio and television appearances. She has recently published a book on Seasonal Living with co-author Julie Hanson.

Lynley Gladdis (Australia)

Lynley is a dynamic teacher, educator and remedial therapist who has been working in the fitness industry for 17 years with a strong focus on mind-body fitness.
She is a graduate of the Victorian College of The Arts and holds a Bachelor of Education, Dip. Remedial Massage, Dip. Arts Dance, and Reg Fitness Leader qualifications.
Lynley is the Master Trainer for the ChiBall Method™ in Australia and New Zealand. She is a popular and inspiring national and international presenter having presented at both national and international conventions for the past 14 years.

Beko has been involved in the fitness industry for 18 years and his expertise covers many specialist fitness, dance, martial arts & holistic health methods. His emphasis is on making all exercise fun, safe and accessible to anyone.
Director of ‘F3 Fitness’ and founder of the ‘F3 Tai Chi & Chi Kung Academy’, Beko is currently a YMCA fit™ course tutor and co- wrote their new Chi Kung and Tai Chi Courses. Additionally, Beko works as a Dance Trainer for ‘Nation of Rhythm™’, Mind/Body Consultant for Profile Fitness™, Martial Arts Consultant & Master Trainer for Vibe Fitness™, Kangoo Jumps™ Master Trainer and a KhaiBo/ FightKlub™ Martial Fitness Franchisee.

Linda Lundgren (Portugal)

Linda has worked fulltime in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She teaches group and private classes, and also provides one-on-one training. She writes articles for health magazines and has given interviews on television. Linda's vision is to communicate and inspire people to lead healthy lifestyles.
She has a degree from the Sport University of Stockholm and a Bachelor's in Psychology. In the field of Sport Psychology, her focus was on the effect that the mind and conscious thought can have on lowering heart rate and the resulting improved focus and performance in sports.
Linda is a:
- certified Personal Trainer from the Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education (S.A.F.E).
- Personal Trainer for Special Populations (diabetes, osteoporosis, pregnancy, high blood preassure, etc.)
- Pilates Instructor (mat based, small equipment, reformer, tower).
