Anette Ljungberg (Sweden)

Tina Hedrén
Anette started her lifelong passion of movement and exercise at a very young age learning dance and gymnastics. In 1990 Anette began teaching gynmastics and dance to children and teenagers and then fell in love with aerobics and taught Step and other aerobic programme to older adults.

In 2000, Anette trained with Bodymindconcepts and began her passion for holsitic exercise and ChiBall. Anette is also a RGRM therapist (Rhythm and Music Method) which is a mutlisensory training for mind and body used in rehabialitation and schools.

Anette is a registered (legal) Occupational Therapist and is skilled in assessing and treating the special needs of patients. Anette helps patients get back into daily life at home, work or school after an accident or an injury and believes that holistic therapies can work in any environment.

 

 

Sandie Keane (United Kingdom)

Sandie Keane

Sandie has a background in Classical Dance and has been involved in the fitness industry since 1990. After qualifying in 1999 in Canada at the Original STOTT PILATES centre she has been actively involved in the development of Pilates training courses worldwide and has written two books on the subject.

 

Sandie has a unique style when teaching Pilates as she combines her qualified interest of Oriental Philosophy, making her approach more 'Seasonal'. Sandie is also director of therapiauk ltd, a clinically run practice where she treats clients with various medical conditions using Oriental Therapies along with Pilates prescription.

 

 

Sue Woodd (United Kingdom)

Sue Woodd

Sue Woodd has been working in the field of Complementary Medicine for the past 25 years, founding her own school in 1991. In the late 90's she set up an India retreat, to give people a real insight into one of the oldest civilizations in the world.

 

She now trains teachers and is affiliated with Yoga Alliance, presenting for the Yoga Show Olympia for the last 4 years. Sue is also a registered teacher with the Shiatsu Society, a graduate of the College of Cranial Sacral Therapy and a Grade A instructor with T'ai Chi Union of Great Britain, teaching Qigong internationally.

 

As a Master Trainer, she trains fitness instructors and lectures for leading health farms and fitness companies worldwide and continues to raise public awareness through her books, DVD's, and radio and television appearances. She has recently published a book on Seasonal Living with co-author Julie Hanson.

 

 

Lynley Gladdis (Australia)

Lynley Gladdis

Lynley is a dynamic teacher, educator and remedial therapist who has been working in the fitness industry for 17 years with a strong focus on mind-body fitness.

 

She is a graduate of the Victorian College of The Arts and holds a Bachelor of Education, Dip. Remedial Massage, Dip. Arts Dance, and Reg Fitness Leader qualifications.

 

Lynley is the Master Trainer for the ChiBall Method™ in Australia and New Zealand. She is a popular and inspiring national and international presenter having presented at both national and international conventions for the past 14 years.

Beko Kaygee (United Kingdom)

Beko Kaygee

Beko has been involved in the fitness industry for 18 years and his expertise covers many specialist fitness, dance, martial arts & holistic health methods. His emphasis is on making all exercise fun, safe and accessible to anyone.

 

Director of 'F3 Fitness' and founder of the 'F3 Tai Chi & Chi Kung Academy', Beko is currently a YMCA fit™ course tutor and co- wrote their new Chi Kung and Tai Chi Courses. Additionally, Beko works as a Dance Trainer for 'Nation of Rhythm™', Mind/Body Consultant for Profile Fitness™, Martial Arts Consultant & Master Trainer for Vibe Fitness™, Kangoo Jumps™ Master Trainer and a KhaiBo/ FightKlub™ Martial Fitness Franchisee.

 

 

Linda Lundgren (Portugal)

Linda Lundgren

Linda has worked fulltime in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She teaches group and private classes, and also provides one-on-one training. She writes articles for health magazines and has given interviews on television. Linda's vision is to communicate and inspire people to lead healthy lifestyles.

 

She has a degree from the Sport University of Stockholm and a Bachelor's in Psychology. In the field of Sport Psychology, her focus was on the effect that the mind and conscious thought can have on lowering heart rate and the resulting improved focus and performance in sports.

 

Linda is a:

  • certified Personal Trainer from the Scandinavian Academy of Fitness Education (S.A.F.E).
  • Personal Trainer for Special Populations (diabetes, osteoporosis, pregnancy, high blood preassure, etc.)
  • Pilates Instructor (mat based, small equipment, reformer, tower).
  • Level 1 and 2 from a NLP based training (Boson, Stockholm)

Rebecca Quin (Australia)

Rebecca Quin

Originally trained for group fitness in the UK during the 80's, Rebecca rediscovered the fitness industry through ChiBall in 2003. Having trained and qualified in many areas of fitness, Rebecca takes a gentle approach to exercise, focusing on the internal health of individuals to bring about an overall improvement in their wellbeing.

 

She has been described as a gifted and inspirational teacher by her clients and peers and her interest in natural healing began as a child: an interest she continues to research and explore through her study of traditional Chinese medicine. Rebecca is also a qualified Feng Shui practitioner and recently presented 'Feng Shui Fit' for the Music and Motion Studio.

 

Her qualifications include: Cert III & IV in fitness, Classical ChiBall, Dance of the Dragon, Pilates, Feng Shui practitioner, Cert IV in workplace training and assessment.

 

 

Judy McKenzie B.Ed, RFL (Australia)

Judy McKenzie

Judy is a highly experienced fitness professional specialising in Pilates and teaching Older Adults. A RFL and Older Adults Trainer, Judy also holds a B.Ed and qualifications in Remedial Pilates, Pilates Matwork, Flow Yoga and numerous certifications in programmes designed for older adults.

 

Judy is a Master Trainer for the ChiBall Method and has been integral in the design of ChiBall Gentle Moves.

 

 

 

Rebekah Smith (Australia)

Rebekah Smith

Bek Smith officially began her study of human behaviour and health with a science degree and a certificate in fitness, before adopting physiotherapy as a career.

 

She continues to work in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor and trainer in The ChiBall Method, while managing a patient caseload and role as Clinical Services Coordinator for the Back In Motion Health Group.

 

 

Bek is highly driven to practice what she preaches, so that she may maintain balance in her life while helping others do the same in theirs.
